the staff was friendly and helpful. the downstairs area and reception is very nice. the location is good. many good restaurants surround it (i enjoyed a lovely italian meal!).

the room was a surprise to me. it was very small. the window barely opens (i needed fresh air!). if you do open it, you have to endure the noise. so you have to choose fresh air or peace and quiet.

The location was super convenient. A tram stop nearby made it easy to reach the city center in just 15 minutes. our room had effective air conditioning, fantastic during the hot weather. i also appreciated the variety of bakeries and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. breakfast was AMAZING!!!

the reception staff were very friendly I appreciated their warm welcome. the television had programs available in english. there was easy access to the city center by tram. the breakfast offered many good options to choose from.

the bathroom was quite small making it difficult to shower comfortably I think that's something to be aware of

the location is quite convenient, especially since it is close to a park with a playground. the hotel is also near tram stops for easy access to the city center. the lifts ran efficiently making luggage transport seamless.

a strange rattle came from the air vent in my room. i was a bit hot, and no fan was provided. it made sleeping a little difficult.
